Disagreement with staff over voucher use. Optometrist unaware of scheme. Told I couldn't use voucher, left store only to be telephoned within 10 mins and advised staff were wrong. Boots glasses selected. 3 weeks later, no glasses & despite promised follow up phone calls, I had to chase. Voicemail left on my phone last Thursday that my glasses are expected any day now. Still nothing. I won't be using boots again.
